Relieve Care is a residential care provider for mentally ill and developmentally delayed adults located in the northwestern suburbs of Anoka County, Minnesota. We offer distinctive facilities that raise the bar for quality living. Our communities allow our clients the opportunity to continue to enjoy the pleasant and autonomous lifestyle they previously had with additional support from our staff.

Our residents are our number one priority. We consider our residents best interests in everything we do. In order to ensure comfort to our residents we hand-selected homes located in beautiful well developed neighborhoods. In addition, we pay attention to the critical details that matter to our clients when furnishing and decorating each residential care community.

Amenities

Relieve Care's clients that decide to join our community receive a comprehensive evaluation to determine the level of service that is appropriate for them. Our staff work with the client, their family and/or their case manager to put together their individualized care plan. Relieve Care keeps each client’s care plan up to date by periodically reviewing it to determine if there is a need for improvement. In addition, as part of our services we provide our resident’s with nutritious home cooked meals, laundry onsite and housekeeping. Each resident receives a private room and also has access to common areas such as living and dining rooms. Additional amenities vary by site. At Relieve Care we feel that it is important for our residents to be as comfortable as possible, so we encourage each resident to let us know if there is anything we can do to make their stay at our facilities more enjoyable.
